Week 7 Streamers
Another mediocre week on the streaming front in week 6. Justin Fields was serviceable, finishing with 22.3 fantasy points, good for a QB11 finish on the week. Rondale Moore had double-digit points; Isaiah McKenzie had 2.9. Evan Engram put up nine PPR points; Eno Benjamin was RB21 on the week, despite only having nine PPR points. On to week 7!
Four solid offenses are on bye this week, leaving voids across your fantasy league and the free agency pool diminished. Here are our picks for each position.
Quarterback: Matt Ryan - 49% available across Yahoo! leagues. This might seem like Deja vu from Week 4, and that's because it is. Then we recommended Matt Ryan vs. Tennessee as a streaming option; this week, we are recommending Matt Ryan vs. Tennessee. Matty Ice scored 25.4 points that week and the Titans gave up 29 points to Carson Wentz the following week. The Colts threw 58 times on Sunday. We don't see them matching that volume again, but Matt Ryan has a great chance to finish as a QB1 this week.
Running Back: Tyler Allgeier - Available in 57% of Yahoo! leagues. Allgeier has seen double-digit carries in four of five matchups, each of the last three. Atlanta does have a tough matchup against a Bengals squad giving up the seventh-fewest fantasy points to running backs in the league. Atlanta has run the ball 59% of the time to start the year, the second-highest amount in the league. Allgeier is a touchdown-or-bust option, but he should get enough work to have a marginal performance at a thin running back position.
Wide Receiver: Rondale Moore - Available in 52% of Yahoo! leagues. Moore led the Cardinals in week six with a 28% target share, earning ten targets from Kyler Murray. Seemingly back to full health and swapping out Hollywood Brown for DeAndre Hopkins, Moore should remain in the starting slot role for the Cardinals. New Orleans has given up double-digit points to slot receivers weekly this season in PPR leagues.
Tight End: Robert Tonyan -Available in 58% of Yahoo! Leagues. Tonyan caught ten of twelve targets for 90 yards in week 6. He dominated targets for Green Bay, seeing 27% of Aaron Rodgers' pass attempts. Tonyan's ability to work in the middle of the field should open up opportunities for him in the absence of Randall Cobb.
